• Timings for the exhibition are 10am to 6pm, Oct 14-15, 2023.
  • Organizers will not be responsible for any losses to any participant because of postponement, natural calamities or any other reason.
  • The participants must keep the inside and outside of stall areas tidy and free of clutter.
  • The participants must bring banners, standees or any other display material on their own.
  • The furniture and name insignia will be provided by the organizers.
  • The participants must pay the full amount at the time of registration.
